Black Pearl King mushrooms are a hybrid of King Oyster and Pearl Oyster, combining robust stems with broad, tender caps. The flavor is bold, earthy, and slightly sweet, with a resilient texture ideal for grilling or pan-searing. They are rich in protein, fiber, and micronutrients and are popular in upscale vegetarian cuisine.
