How do I apply to be an affiliate?
You apply through our affiliate portal. You create an affiliate account. Once you are approved you will be provided a link to your affiliate dashboard, which allows you to manage your account, including access to your unique affiliate URL's, performance and payouts.

Do all applicants get approved?
No, but rest assured if you're legit you are in. We review applications to protect the program from fraud, coupon scraping, and misleading claims. It also keeps tracking clean so commissions stay accurate.

What do I get after I am approved?
You get access to your affiliate dashboard where you can see your referral link, performance stats, and program details.

How does referral tracking work?
We tracks referrals in two primary ways. Your unique referral link and your affiliate coupon code, when enabled.

How long does my referral credit last after someone clicks my link?
When a customer clicks your referral link, it stores a referral cookie in their browser. The cookie window used for attribution is set by the program.

How are commissions calculated?
You earn a commission when your referral link or code leads to a qualifying sale and the order is attributed to you in affiliate account.

Can commission rates vary by product or collection?
Our default commission rate is 10%, but commission rules are subject to change based on current promotions, challenges, etc. You can view current commission rates in your affiliate account dashboard.

Why does my commission show as pending?
We use a commission hold time. This keeps commissions pending until the hold period passes. The hold period is in place to protect the program from fraud, etc.

What happens if an order is cancelled or refunded?
If a referral order is refunded or cancelled, the related commission is removed from your balance.

How do payouts work?
We issue payouts after commissions clear the hold period. Payout timing and method are defined by the program settings you see in your dashboard.

Where can I see what I have earned and what has been paid?
Your affiliate dashboard shows your clicks, sales, commissions, and payout status.

How do I get my link or code again?
Log into your affiliate dashboard any time to access your referral link and any assigned coupon code.

Who do I contact if something looks off?
Email support@rhizofunga.com with your affiliate account email and the order date. We will review the referral record and confirm attribution and commission status.
