Antler Reishi Mushroom

Scientific Name: Ganoderma lingzhi

Antler Reishi mushrooms grow long, antler like projections when cultivated in low light, high CO2 environments. They are revered in traditional Chinese medicine for promoting longevity, reducing inflammation, and boosting the immune system.

Typically consumed as teas, tinctures, or powders, they have a bitter taste and are not considered culinary mushrooms. Bioactive triterpenoids and polysaccharides give Reishi its medicinal properties.

 Fruiting Temp: 70–80°F (for antler form, limit light and FRESH AIR EXCHANGE (FAE))
