Comb’s Tooth mushrooms resemble Lion’s Mane but with more branching spines, giving them a comb-like appearance. They offer similar cognitive and neurological benefits, including support for nerve repair. Culinary use yields a mild, nutty flavor with a soft, tender texture, often used in sautés or vegan crab cake recipes.
