Liquid Culture Syringes Built for Consistency

Liquid culture is a living culture. Results depend on genetics, sterility, passage count, and storage. We build every culture around six priorities.

Genetics, sterility, limited passaging, balanced media, cold storage, and verification on agar.

  • Genetics First

Built from low passage library work. We avoid random multispore liquid culture for production because it creates mixed performance.

  • Clean Technique and Agar Checks

Liquid culture can look clean while hiding bacteria. We plate, fruit and verify on a scheduled basis so you are not guessing.

  • Balanced clear media and cold storage

Clear media makes inspection easier. Refrigerated storage extends viability. Many growers see best results when liquid culture is kept cold and used within months, with some cultures remaining viable up to about a year when stored properly.

More details

Storage and shelf life

Refrigerate on arrival. Avoid heat swings. Do not freeze. Most liquid cultures perform best when used within 6 months. Many remain viable up to about 12 months when stored cold and handled cleanly.

Generations and passaging

Limit LC to LC expansions. Reset through agar. Track passage count so your library stays vigorous.

Sterility and verification

Do not assume an LC is clean because it looks clean. Verification on agar is the quality gate.

Guarantee

We guarantee contamination free upon arrival. If not, take a photo of contamination and email Support@rhizoFunga.com
